Team India.......! Go ahead and kiss the world cup!

I already mention my earlier blog (Cracking start of Indian cricket team )for the Indian team that with what intentions the Dhoni brigade had entered in the world cup tournament. Now the team India has arrived at a situation where it seems that no one can stop it to Kiss the world cup 2011. From the beginning  the experts are saying that this team has enough potential to lift the world cup because it has the captain like M.S.Dhoni who had shown his caliber in odd circumstances. He looks cool in every situation and able to maintain the integrity of the team. He very well knows how should every player be used and where he should be used. He takes every member along with him. The batting department of the Indian team no doubt is the main strength of the team especially the legend Sachin Tendulker and explosive Sehwag who disturb the line and length of the bowler of any opponent team easily. In middle order Yuvraj Singh is backbone of the Indian batting along with Suresh Raina , Virat Kohli , Gautam Gambhir, and M.S. Dhoni. But the main point where the expert always put their finger is the bowling and fielding area. But in Mohali against Pakistan team India proved that they have improved in both department potentially and result came in favor of Indian team due to these two areas i.e. bowing and fielding . The team has been improved game by game in both areas.  Now after beating the Pakistan in semifinal the Indian team is just a step away to kiss the world cup and fill the eyes of 1.20 billion people with full of joy and the pride of holding the world in the hands of an  Indian and being a part of this honor. 

So , The Team India,  the time has come when you have to pick the world cup in your hands and kiss it. Every Indian is along with you. Do not miss the chance to feel the honor of this unforgettable moments by every Indian.     

So , Team India.........! Go ahead and kiss the world cup!

I am here because she was there.....................

When I used to fear in darkness she  grabbed  me in her arms and I felt this is the safest place in the world and never try to look out side the boundary of the arms. She prepared the food of my choice for me so that I could not sleep without eating food. She sung a  song and very gently combed my hairs and I got sleep forgot everything about rest of the world. She is still stand with me for caring me. Sometime my conscious completely shaken with this thought that if even by mistake she refused to deliver me because of unbearable pain of delivery then how could I able to see this beautiful world. She was my mother who took me into this world and provided me the safest place in the world in form of her arms. 

When my pocket money had finished and I had left with blank pockets and I feared asked for more money from my father she gave me her part of pocket money. She was my sister who gave her part to fulfill my needs of that time she played with me with my choice of game and left herself loose the game for my win. She completed my homework in my copy so that I would not have punished in the class for next day.

She made me correct when I had made mistakes. She punished me for my faults. She praise my work in whole class. Sometime when I didn't understand things she came to me and made me understand according to my mental capabilities. She was my teacher.

She shared her lunch box with me. When I was absent in the class she made proxy for me. She did sit down  along with me when I used to full of frustration and no solution was coming into my mind she told me "Forget dear, everything will be all right." Her cheerful smile filled my life with blossoms and I forget everything which made me tense. A positive energy had come into me. She became motivation for me. She was my friend.

One day a beautiful lady with cheering smile will come in my life with strong commitment to live with me for rest of my life. When she will smile, lakhs of flowers will fall on earth and  whole environment filled with scent of these flowers. She will care me in my old days and listen to me when everybody avoid  me because of old age. She will be my  wife.  

She is a mother , She is a sister , She is a friend , She is a teacher and no doubt She will be a wife but above all  She was or She is or She will be a women. Let's celebrate today (8th March International Women's Day),  for her ability of  taking a life in this world, her caring attitude, her loving nature , her friendship behavior , her divinity , and for her dignity as a women.

MBA : Regular vs Distance mode

Often the students in my class ask me a very common question, " Is regular MBA superior than the MBA through distance mode?" The question is very relevant if it is considered as career point of view. A student who enrolled in MBA programme no doubt he is looking for bright future for him/her and after the study of two years if he or she not getting the right opportunity then what is the benefit of MBA.The two year which he or she would have been going to spent for making his or her career never came again as the time can not be rewind.The organizations are asking  for the cream which is supposed to be prepared only in highly paid management institutions.So if it is true then the management programmes running in the different study centers through distance mode under various universities have no relevancy in making career of students? And if all cream is producing in the regular programme then why so many students who have completed their MBA through these regular colleges are not getting equal opportunities? I think the problem not lies with mode of MBA programme but it lies with the  treatment a student is getting in the institution. To get admission in the renowned management institution and payment of hefty amount of fees does not make guarantee of highly paid career. This depend upon the candidate's personality development  according to the current market condition in which he/she is going to sell himself or herself. During last  the few years the market trends have been very unpredictable. A complicated situation has been always rising in front of the organization related to the investment in a new projects, customer handling, production planning , new product development, running ahead from its competitors , retaining the existing customers along with new customer generation etc. These challenges are facing  by almost every organization in now  days. So , organization are looking for a candidate who can be able to face these challenges in a dynamic manner and finding out the solution for these problems. Initially it might possible that a candidate get paid low amount of salary but if the candidate succeed to prove his/her potential in the organization then he/ she will get desired amount of money and perks and it hardly matter whether a candidate is belong to an institution which runs a regular or distance mode of MBA programme.

                           Another most important reason of getting famous of distance mode of MBA programmes is that most of the professional who are working for different corporate organization, they did not able to complete their eduction through regular mode whatever might be the reason and  now they want to complete their management  degree through distance mode along with their jobs for getting promotion or sometime organization wants to upgrade the status of its employees. In India the growing industrial culture creates  a huge demand of management professionals and it is not possible for the regular mode of institution to meet the demand alone. So at the second front the distance mode of education in providing the management eduction is becoming necessary and it growing fast. It also full filling the  commitment of education at doorstep policy through study centers.  

                                Now question arises how to choose a right kind of management institution?The answer is first inquire about the institution through prospectus,what kind of infrastructure it has? How many faculties are there? How many corporates visiting there to discussing the case studies or contact classes? Ask the status of the institute from their existing students? Administration of the institution? How  many  weekly or monthly  educational  seminars, training programmes are organizing? What kind of study material are they providing? What is the frequency of personality development programmes? 

                                                 The above question are very important for finding a right kind of management institution for you. Consider these questions before taking admission in any institution and take admission in your choice of institution and be ready for hard work because distance mode of education does not mean to preparing the tea at your home. It also require the  hard work and intention of becoming a good quality of management professional then it might be possible that the students stop thinking that regular MBA is superior than distance mode MBA.
