"Gandhi to Hitler" An effort to put two swords in same scabbard.

"Gandhi to Hitler" is the movie of last days of  Hitler who had a dream to win the whole world with his power. The movie is the effort of collection two philosophies which are always contradict each other. Hitler want to win the world with his power of force whereas the Gandhi ji want to win the whole world with peace and love and for which the India is known for. The two philosophies are simply contradictory to each other and the movie describes all about this. The last days of the Hitler during the end of second world war shown in a bunker and shows the frustration of loss. The character of Hitler is played by Raghuvir Yadav who completely justified the character with "Neha Dhupyia" who played his mistress and not leave him till his last moment. She played her character with full effort. An unwanted story is also added to the film about few Indian soldiers who went Germany  to fight against the Britishers  but they had to run to save their lives when the Nazi forces start surrender. The film describe how much you are powerful it all goes worthless if a single person feel the fear of your power when he comes in your boundary of power. If the power does not give the cover of security , fearlessness, and the person who take the power forget humanity and dignity for others that is the day where his downfall starts..........

Knowledge Vs Experience

It has always been under debate that which one has greater importance whether it is knowledge or the experience. A person should concentrate on which one to get success in today's competitive environment. A  few candidates feel that they are lacking because of experience at the same time few others feel that they are lacking because of  knowledge of their respective area. The situation is something like you sitting on sea-saw , if one is  trying to get knowledge then he will not get experience and if one is  trying  to get experience then he will surly suffer to get knowledge. This makes the situation more critical to decide that which one is more important, Knowledge or the Experience? Even in the interviews this question has a remarkable importance because some employers preferred the qualification whereas some preferred experience of the candidate. One more question arises from this debate that knowledge comes from the experience or knowledge is the source of experience? The debate is very interesting and I think it will go continuously for the different period of time. 

In my view Knowledge and experience both are complement to each other. I would like clear my words with following examples.

A teacher telling about the Elephant to the students like an Elephant has biggest animal on the earth, It has four legs, one trunk, its color is black, it has small tail. So the students get aware about the Elephant but they do not experience the Elephant. Now one day the teacher take the students to a Zoo where the students saw the Elephant and experience the Elephant that how it move? How it take food? How it take water? and also confirm their knowledge which they got from teacher along with updating their knowledge about the Elephant. 

Same way a student of engineering is learnt different kinds of tools  during the course of his study and gain the knowledge about working environment of a manufacturing organization but when he inducted in the industry he not only confirms his knowledge but also gain the experience of real working environment along with upgrading his knowledge. Its a life long process and the knowledge is transferred from one generation to new one who confirm this knowledge in their current environment again  and gain new experiences with the help of this knowledge. 

For a girl before her marriage her mother gives the knowledge about how she had setup her home? How she learn different things from her mother in law? What kind of experiences she got during setup of her home? How she utilized her knowledge  which she got from her mother and mother in law? Now her life long experience is become the source of learning for her daughter which she will utilized during her turn in experiment of setting up her home along with new learning which she will get during her experiment.

If a person wants to drive a car which he don't know, When he go to a driving training school , The trainer first introduced him about the body of car, it's working process, steering, brakes, accelerator, sitting position, rear view mirror. Trainer gives knowledge of all the essential parts of the car which used to during driving and all the recommendations and precautions which must be taken during driving the car. But when the learner try to drive the car he experience the car with his own point of view and first confirm which learn from his trainer and then start experiment with car and successively learn so many new things when he drive the car, now his experiment with the car becomes the source of new learning.

So Knowledge prepare the bed for better experiences and experiment first confirm the prior learning and then  become the source of new learning or knowledge. 

The above examples clearly explain that the relationship of  knowledge and experience is very close and it is not an exaggeration if I say, " Knowledge and Experience has the relationship like a Husband and Wife, A relationship like the two wheels of a cart, and the most important limbs if anyone is  missed by a person he will be called handicapped."

Why a customer must be served?

A customer who come to purchase some product or service he must be served with quality of service. It's  not because a seller needs to earn profit but the matter of fact is that a customer not only giving the money against the product or service but his time and effort are also involved in purchasing of product or service. Now the question is how? This can be explained here. First it is the need of the customer which urges him to purchase a product or a service so according to his need he decides to purchase a particular product/service after deciding about the shopping he goes to market and try different brands and when he stick to a particular brand he get ready to pay the money for it. In this whole process the customer invested his Time, Effort amd Money as shown in the above fig. Now after investing his valuable time and the effort if the customer not get the right product or getting some under privilege product or service the customer surly get dissatisfied and would not have ready to pay the money.The two first factor are extremely important  from a customer point of view as these are primary factor which invested before investing the third one which depends directly on the first two factors.The third is invested only when the customer gets right value for the first two factors i.e. Full courtesy from the seller , dignity as a customer, Attention from people who understands his needs and wants, understand that he is investing his time and effort . So the most important thing is that every businessman must understand the customer needs and wants and also thankful to the customer that he came to the seller for inquiry about his desired product. It doesn't matter , he would be ready to purchase the product or not. Seller must be obliged for customer visit. At least he got know about the shop or the service provider during his search for his desired product.The story doesn't close here, if the customer ready to purchase the product and get satisfied with the associated services like after sale service then here comes the opportunity to the seller to earn the profit along with the chance to create new customers as this customer refer the product or service to other person. But if the customer not satisfied with the product or the associated services then he may stop to create new customer. Here customer start open bad mouth. And a bad mouth stop three times more customers than to create  a new customer with a good mouth. 
From the above discussion , it is easily understand that customer invest his time and effort to grow the profit of the businessman not only before the purchase of product but also after purchasing the product or service. Hence a few businessmen consider a customer as "A King of the Market" or "God" who comes to give wealth and prosperity. Therefore they always ready to pay attention to their customers and might be this is the key for them to find the success to win the heart of customer.
