We are not stupid common men any more.............!

It has been sixty five years after independence  that we believe in the politicians without thinking that one day they reached us at this juncture where our own nation is being feel by every Indian that he is the part of a most corrupt nation. We didn't expect about all this and always give them a chance to run the govt. on behalf of us(Common men) because we have to worried about our home, our daily routine jobs, so we chose some people and feel that they would run the country with changing environment and provide a better future for the coming generations. But  what actually we find today, they collected a huge amount of money in abroad banks, we always cheated by them. They put their decisions on us and never heard us after they got elected. They gave us a huge promises but in return what they gave us , more than 40% of the population is under poverty line, a huge no. of young generation is unemployed or working below their expected level of job and get exploited by multiple means, the farmers who have the courage to feed about 1.20 billion population are giving up their lives to death, the distance between rich and poor is so high that it seems that it never be filled , along with this the distance between bread to mouth is also increasing which is more critical than the first one, above all they put no. of taxes on us , which bent our back and it feels that one day we will fell down, along with this most of the govt. employees forget about to serve a common man as they think that who dare to ask them if they will not serve, they are asking for bribe as this is their birth right and they came out the womb of  their mother with this right. How much they want ........is there any limit...............?
After got elected what they gave us we accept it as it is the right thing, we never raise a voice against them, How do we dare to this? we never feel that we are living in a free nation, some time we scared by police , some time we scared by law, some time our common people induce the fear of the govt. in us. What is govt. in a democratic state? "The govt. is group of people who are being elected  by the common people and for the well being of the common people who elects them and they must have their accountability towards the common people who have elected them." But is the situation really so simple? No, its not, they have no accountability towards those who elects them, they have no concern for the farmers who are giving their lives to death, they have no concern for a common men who is daily giving bribe to a govt. employee even it is his primary right to take the services from a govt. employee. Govt. job is becoming the sign of  financial security, status and earning extra money in pocket , doesn't matter from which pocket it is coming? They have no concern over poverty, they have no concern over corruption in govt. machinery, they have no concern over increasing educated unemployed youth then what they are doing except to collecting money in their pockets.

They give us all above mentioned even they promised for something else, but after sixty five years an old man asked to them give us what we want because we better know what is good for us but they clearly refused to him. First time a common man who is very depressed from inhuman conditions of his like common people asked to them  do what we want don't give us what you want in name of development and better future because we don't have courage remains to take any more deceit.

This is the voice of common men , Please listen it carefully, our patience is trying to leave us.

We are not stupid common men any more...........

Line Balancing Vs Line of Balance

Line Balancing
"Line balancing is the technique of balancing the unbalanced production line so that the idle time of machines in the assembly line get reduced which in turn result in reduced overall cycle time in making of a product."

"The main object of the line balancing is to distribute the tasks evenly over the work stations so that idle time of men and machines is minimised."

"Line balancing aims at grouping the facilities (or tasks) and workers in an efficient pattern in order to obtain an optimum or most efficient balance of the capacities and flows of the production or assembly processes. Tasks are grouped so that their total time is preferably equal to or a little lesser than the time available at each work station , this reduces the idle time and in turn overall cycle time."

Suppose there are three machines or work stations, A, B, C which can process 5 , 10, and 15 pieces per unit time respectively and the sequence of operations is such that the pieces flow from machine A to B and from B to C.
Since, A has minimum capacity i.e. of processing only 5 pieces per unit time , naturally work station or machine B will remain idle for 50% of its time and machine C for 66.66% if its time. It shows that the line is unbalanced.

One way to practically balance the line is to have three machines of type A, 2 of type B and with every machine of type C ; another approach to balance the line will be to give some other task to machines B and C so that they do not remain idle.

Line of Balance
"Line of balance (LOB) is a manual planning and scheduling technique. It is utilized in determining production progress in terms of percent of task completion."

The objective of LOB is:
  • To study the progress of jobs at regular intervals and
  • To compare the actual progress with that required to satisfy delivery requirements and,
  • To identify those operations in which progress is unsatisfactory.
LOB technique is an example of management by exception since it deals only with the important or crucial (exceptional) operations in a job, establishes a schedule (or plan) for them and attracts attention to those which do not confirm to this schedule.
It is particularly useful where large batches of fairly complex items requiring many operations, are to be completed /delivered over a period of time.
LOB technique consists of five main stages , all utilizing graphic aids.

  1. A graphical representation of the delivery objective.
  2. A chart of production programme  showing the sequence and duration of all activities required to produce a product.
  3. A progress chart of the current status of component completion.
  4. A line of balance drawn to show the relationship of component progress to the output needed to meet the delivery schedule.
  5. Analysis of progress.

Be in team and try to give your best...!

A village came under drought, everywhere was the situation of insecurity, children were dying from the scarcity of food and water. All the people had completely broken down by this natural calamity and at last when they found  no way they all were gathered near a temple in the village and praying to the God as they found this was the only support to live. God listen the prayer of all the villagers and came in the village as a Saint. All people sit down on their knees and and start praying to the Saint that only he could give a solution to come out from this terrifying situation. Saint told them that he has a solution but everybody  has to do this with responsibility other wise the solution will not work, Tomorrow the village would get a very heavy rainfall before the sun rise. All villagers promised for this to the saint. Now saint told them today after taking dinner everyone would come in the temple and pour a small glass of water in the feet of statue of the God. All the villagers were seemed very happy as they found the solution and they went to their homes.
Now in the evening in every home dinner was prepared with whatever be left in the home of the villagers. After taking the dinner, a villager just step out with a glass of water to pour it into the feet of God's Statue, suddenly a thought was came in his mind , " what happen if I do not pour the water, rest of the villagers are at least doing the same thing.?" All the villagers thought the same thing and hence no single drop had been pour in the feet of the statue of the God during the whole night. Next day early in the morning when no drop of rain had found in the village the villagers thought that the Saint lied to them. They collected and reached to the Saint and asked him that you had lied to us. "There is not rain till now.", Villagers shouted. Saint smiled very calmly  and replied that had anyone pour a single drop of water in the feet of statue of God. Now everyone was looking towards each other as everyone thought that what would happen if only he did not pour the water into the feet of statue of God.
The Saint replied all of you are victim of your poor and lazy intentions, if all were be in team and give only your best you would have got the rain but you did not do so. Hence you have to face the result of your poor act. And the God who came as a saint had gone.

Moral : Do your part of work with full responsibility and support your team members. Do not think what others are doing just give your best. God help those who take the full responsibility of their act on their own shoulders

Converging Vs Diverging Thinker

Converging Thinker
When this world would grow , it is sure that my country would grow, and
When my country would grow , no doubt that my state would grow, and
When my state would grow, who can stop the growth of my city, and
When my city would , I am very much sure that my organization would grow and
When my organization would grow , this growth would impact my department positively and
When my department would grow, I would surly get some part of this growth as an increment in my salary.
So , Let the world grow first ,  I would automatically grow, why should I worry about my growth.

Diverging Thinker
When I would do hard work for mine, I am sure , I would surly get something for mine and get growth, and
When I would grow , Contribution of my growth will be shared by my department and it would grow, and
When my department would grow, it would contribute to the growth of my organization and it would grow, and
When my organization would grow, it would contribute to the growth of my country and it would grow, and
When my country would grow, it would contribute to the growth of this world and it would grow, and
When the world would grow, I would proudly say that I would  have contributed to this growth.
